I’ve completed my entry, but I don’t see “Virtual KYOTO MARATHON 2022” under the “My Entries ” tab of my TATTA app.

1. Visit “”My Page”” on RUNNET to see if your entry has been successfully completed.
2. Check that you are using the RUNNET account that you used for your entry to log in to TATTA.
3. If you do not see an obvious problem after performing 1 and 2 above, you may have failed in linking your entry with TATTA. Please contact RUNNET Support Center (tatta.support@runners.co.jp; Office hours: 09:30 – 17:30, Monday through Friday *Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays)
